Laos & South Korean foundation recommit to health cooperation

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Local authorities have confirmed they will continue to cooperate with the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) in improving the capacity of Lao health professionals.

Minister of Health, Associate Prof. Dr Bounkong Syhavong recently told the ‘2019 Lao PDR KOFIH Global Alumni (KGA) Meeting for Invitational Training Fellows’ it was not only a symbol of the partnership with the Korean people but also a new starting point for expanding future cooperation into other necessary areas of Laos.
